Returns process

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days from the date of taking possession of the goods to return it. To withdraw from the contract and return the goods purchased from us, send us a relevant statement by e-mail (download the template) to the e-mail address sklep@nuform.pl containing the order number and the date of receipt and details of the returned goods, and then, after receiving the return e-mail, send them together with the package to the following address:

To the package with the statement and the returned product, also include all accessories received with it, as well as a receipt or invoice.

The buyer returns the goods at his own expense. We do not accept COD shipments.

Complaints process

In order to make a complaint, follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to office@tableart.pl

The e-mail should contain the following data: name and surname, e-mail address or correspondence address, telephone number, indication of the product number and the reason for the complaint, date of purchase and the occurrence of the defect, or have a completed complaint form attached (download the template)

2. After confirming the receipt of the complaint, send the goods back

When submitting a complaint, please send the goods back together with a copy of the purchase invoice.

3. Send the product to the address

The advertised product should be sent to the following address:
